Robbie Parker is a longtime Rangers fan who grew up in North Texas.
The team said Friday that Parker will be accompanied by his wife and two
daughters for the first-pitch ceremony April 5 before the game against
the Los Angeles Angels
Parker's 6-year-old daughter, Emilie, was among 20 first-graders and six adults killed in the shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, on Dec. 14.
